These terms apply to your use of krwaah.com. When you hire KRWAAH, the proposal or agreement we send you for that project also applies, and it takes priority if anything conflicts.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not misuse it, try to break its security, or copy its content or design for commercial use without permission.

Our services

We provide website design, SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads services. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables for each project are set out in writing before work starts.

Payments

Payment terms are set out in your proposal. Website builds are a fixed price agreed before we begin.

30-day money back guarantee

For new website builds, if your site does not meet your expectations within 30 days of launch, tell us and we will refund what you paid for the build. Ad spend paid to Google or Meta, and third-party costs such as domains, hosting or plugins, are not refundable by us.

Results

We work to improve your visibility and leads, but no one can guarantee search rankings or a set number of leads. Search engines and ad platforms control their own systems.

Your content and accounts

You confirm you have the right to use any text, photos, logos and reviews you give us. Once paid in full, you own your website content and design. Ad and analytics accounts we set up for you belong to you.

Portfolio

Unless you ask us not to, we may show finished work in our portfolio.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
